Returns & Refunds
The Mission of My Mom Bod Retake is to help busy moms take control of their bodies and health. We will do this by providing the best information, products and services available. We make every effort to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our offerings. If you are not, please contact support@mombodretake.com to inform us of how we can do better.
Our refund and return policy is as follows:
Monthly Subscription Fee: You are eligible for a full refund of your subscription by cancelling your membership and emailing support@mombodretake.com within 24 hours of your payment (initial order or monthly charge date). Membership cancellations made after 24 hours of your payment date are not eligible for a refund.
Swag purchases (clothing, mugs, etc): You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your original, unused item in our warehouse. Contact support@mombodretake.com for return instructions.
Custom Meal Plans: Pre-payments (payments made at the time of scheduling) for custom meal plans are fully refundable up to the completion of the coaching session you scheduled to discuss the requirements of your meal plan. The cost of your custom meal plan is no longer refundable once the session is completed. In addition, any payments made towards a custom meal plan AFTER the coaching session to define the requirements of the meal plan are non-refundable.
Supplements: For the safety of our customers, we do not offer returns and refunds on our supplements.
